We do not warrant that services will result in permanent elimination of pests, prevent future infestations, or meet your specific expectations. Some pest problems may require ongoing or repeated treatments.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4-EVERGONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Debit recurring service charges automatically

5.4 Refund Policy

  • No refunds are issued for services rendered unless services fail to meet agreed terms due to reasons within our control

  • If 4-Evergone fails to provide services as described, you may be eligible for a service credit or partial refund

  • Requests for refunds or credits must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service

  • We will investigate claims and respond within 10 business days

5.5 Late Payment

  • If payment is not received by the due date specified in your agreement, service may be suspended

  • Late fees or interest may be applied as permitted by law and specified in your service agreement

  • Repeated late or failed payments may result in service termination
